Your privacy is very important to us, and of course we will not disclose your personal details to outside parties.
We use encryption and other security safeguards to protect customer data.

Collection and use of personal information
* When you place an order, you give us your name, email address, credit card information, phone number, and mailing address.
We keep the credit card information for approximately two months after the return of rental items, unless you ask us to keep credit card details on file.
The phone number and mailing address we use only in cases where contact by email is problematic, and again is kept approximately two months after the return of rental items. The email address we store for reference, and may send an occasional email (no more than once a year) with details of changes to our services, as well as other information that we feel may be of interest to previous customers. Upon receipt of communication that you wish to have your email address deleted from our records, we will do so.
* When you visit our website, your web-browser automatically discloses the IP address of the computer connection you are using, as well as the browser and operating system you are using, and the URL of any page that referred you to our website.
This information is used only for statistical purposes (for example, through Google Analytics) to improve our services and advertising performance.

In addition
* We will not reveal the details of your rental (for example, the number of the rental phone) to any person requesting it without asking you first, unless we deem it an emergency.
* Upon return of phones we will immediately reset the phone's memory, erasing all call/mail records, phonebook. photos and any other saved items.
