We can send for you to pick up at the post office at the following airports.
We send "kyoku-dome" (known as "general delivery " in the US and "poste restante " in most other countries) and all you have to do is say, for example " My name is John Smith. Rentafone Japan sent me a package to pick up here ". You will need to show some ID (e.g. your passport)

Open 8:30am - 8pm every day.
The post office is in the centre of the 4th floor.

The post office is in the centre of the 1st floor (arrivals) of domestic terminal 1 near the information desk.
The new international terminal and domestic terminal 2 do not have post offices, but there are frequent free shuttle buses to domestic terminal 1 (takes 10 mins from the international terminal and 5 mins from domestic terminal 2).
