Airports
We can send for you to pick up at the post office at the following airports.
We send "kyoku-dome" (known as "general delivery " in the US and "poste restante " in most other countries) and all you have to do is say, for example " My name is John Smith. Rentafone Japan sent me a package to pick up here ". You will need to show some ID (e.g. your passport)
NB : Narita has two separate terminals - if you are not sure which one you are flying into, you can check here
Narita Terminal 1
Open 8:30am - 8pm every day.
The post office is in the centre of the 4th floor.

Open 8:30am - 8pm every day.
The post office is near the centre of the 3rd floor near check-in desk C.

Kansai (KIX)
Open 9am - 5pm every day.
The post office is on the 2nd floor opposite the Domestic North Departures entrance, near the Kanku Lounge.

Open 9am - 5pm weekdays only.
The post office is in the centre of the 1st floor, near the information desk.

Open 9am - 5pm every day.
The post office is on the 1st floor (arrivals) next to the JR station.

Haneda
Open 9am - 5pm every day.
The post office is in the centre of the 1st floor (arrivals) of domestic terminal 1 near the information desk.
The new international terminal and domestic terminal 2 do not have post offices, but there are frequent free shuttle buses to domestic terminal 1 (takes 10 mins from the international terminal and 5 mins from domestic terminal 2).

The post office is at the end of the 1st floor (arrivals) near the rental car shuttle bus exit.

The post office is on the 1st floor of Central Block, between the two terminals (North and South).

Other Post Offices
If delivery to your accommodation is problematic and airport post office pick-up is not an option for you, we can send for you to pick up at any post office that you like.For example-
- if you are coming to Japan for winter-sporting and staying in a small lodge without staff, we can send for you to pick up at the post office at Niseko, Hakuba or other resorts.
- if you are not sure where you will be staying, we can send to the main post office in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka or any other city.
